Recipe: cream of
turnips and potatoes
Ingredients:
· 350 g turnips;
· 300 g potatoes;
· 20 g butter;
· 100 g milk;
· 40 g grated cheese;
· three tablespoons oil;
· salt.
Preparation:
· Boil the potatoes and the turnips.
· Mash the vegetables and put them in a pan.
· Add butter, milk, oil, cheese and salt.
· Mix the ingredients.
· Cook for five minutes.
· Enjoy the meal!
